If you overclock, tell us how, and what. List the part being OCed, how you cool it, and what you use to adjust the clocks. Also list if you run those clocks 24/7, or whether you adjust on the fly for games/benchmarks.

Stock my cpu is 2.4G. Now mine cpu is at 3.2G. There is many ways to get mine this high. One way is to declock the ram to 800 @ 4-4-4-12, cpu volts is at 1.25 or 1.4, not sure without looking. Overclocked this way the cpu runs cool 32C, load it might hit 36C.
Another way to oc my cpu is leave the ram alone and crank up the volts on the cpu. I don't like it that way cause it makes way to much heat. With it like this (never ran any test) Just long enough to get into windows and see what its clocked at and temp it said it was at 60C. So I unplug the cord. 60C on that cpu is harmful to it.
I've had mine up to 3.4G but didn't like the heat from it. With it at 3.4 it was making around 40C just sitting there. Couldn't tell a big diff between the 3.2 and the 3.4.
I run mine oc all the time. Most systems that are oc have about a 2 to 3 year life span (if oc hard). I buy a new system about every two years, so I'm not worried about it going out on me.
From what I have seen and read its not worth oc your video card. The most Ive see out of mine was a 5 fps diff, but it runs so much hotter. To me its not worth it. I seen about a 10 fram out of my old 8800GTX, it could handle the heat.
With out the oc I ran like in the 14000's on 3D Mark06. Overclocking is worth it, but you have to find a place where everything is running cool. You also have to know your limits.
Yea I know its alot but I'm sitting here at work with 7 pc's around me and I'm board.

Seriously, just two of you?
Anyways, since I replaced some dead ram not to long ago with nicer stuff...I am gonna make another run at 4.5Ghz, as my ram was the limiting factor last time. Wish me luck...
Also, my fucking monitor is breaking. This will be the 4th sceptre monitor that has broken for me, and the last one I have running. Time to replace this bitch once and for all.

For now I am running a Core 2.
Stock it is 2.1 ghz. I have hit as high as 3.8 with it, but only for posting. I have benched and ran it as high 3.6, it would run here stable for days sometimes, but I refuse to clean out my heat pipe fins often enough to keep it stable here.
I keep it at 3.2 and around 1.5 Volts Vcore for all daily use.
This is on a piece of crap heat pipe that doesn't even have soldered fins, and they are aluminum, not oxygen free copper 0.0
It also is not lapped, and I am using a rather low speed 120 mm fan, since it is quiet, and I fairly detest loud noises while I am watching porn.
That 4.5 project sounds fun, what are you going to be cooling her with?

Simple water cooling, rather undersized for the heat load, but with the assistance of central air...it should work :p.
The last time I overclocked this thing, I was using a decent air cooler. The chip has been benched at 4.6 on air, but that was with a more stable mobo with less Vdroop. Highest I have ever managed stable was 4.4 on air with my current mobo. With water, I hope to get it a bit higher...also, my old ram didn't help matters, and the new stuff opens up some room for tweaking.
Sadly, even 4.5 is only an average overclock for these chips. I wish I still had my VapoChill LS....
One day soon I am going to get a bigger case, and improve my water cooling system. Might help with my overclock...
