As I said in my last post, I'm not one to mince words -- so I'll get straight to the point.

I have just come to an agreement with Derek Denholm (formerly of XFG). He has offered me a sizable amount of money in exchange for a controlling interest in Raged Gamers. The economy is in pretty bad shape right now, and to be honest, I couldn't refuse the amount offered (without being too specific, it was in the mid four-figure range). Because Mikey led the community for so long, I have agreed to split the money with him 50/50. I don't want you to think that I would accept the community from Mikey and turn right around and sell it without giving him his due.

Some of you may remember Derek from the XFG days, some of you may not. Those of you that don't should know that there was a cloud of accusations and general displeasure surrounding him. It might be a good idea to ask somebody that remembers him for full details. However, after a long discussion, I believe he has turned over a new leaf and will lead rG in the right direction for years to come.

I will assume my new position as a Vice Administrator as soon as the deal closes, and Derek will assume my current position as Executive Administrator.

I personally talked to Derek about the situation. Confirmed it myself. He mentioned enrolling in a rehabilitation program for his gambling addiction he previously had when he stole all of XFG's donations for this cause. Assuming he doesn't steal all of the communities' money again, it shouldn't be that big of a deal.
