THIS IS FOR HYDRO ONLY
Based on the results it was clear that a cap was needed. Because the votes were so close to each other I went ahead and made the cap limit for 4 Engineers at a time for both teams. This will take effect as soon as the server is restarted which I do almost daily every morning.
If you notice any problems please let me, Mikey and/or Hipster know and we'll do our best to address the issue.
